Cheers to 2025!

Year In Review

As this year comes to a close I reflect it with a deep sense of pride. This year has been about growth and creating foundations and meaningful connections, and I believe we were able to achieve that! Starting off with a brand new website refresh, including expanding our team and bringing a project manager on board, something I have been wanting to do for some time. Having an extra person has allowed me to streamline a lot of production woes internally and externally.

Expanding the production workflow was a large milestone to remain consistency and creative quality, allowing me to have a clear definition of my personal creative direction and where I’d like Michelle LaCruz Photo to go next. One point of that I am proud of is continuing an effort into clear client communication. All the way from the conceived project stage down to the finish line.

Naturally their are unexpected challenges - from moving homes to personal family grievances, all in the midst of shoots and moving forward with different clients. Anchoring myself with a good team, support system and choosing my clients carefully helped these moments feel as they were, trivial. Nothing is forever and charging through the harder moments allowed me to strengthen my companies values. Learning is always important!

Creative Partnerships

One of the most meaningful accomplishments this year has been the opportunity to build lasting partnerships. I’m incredibly grateful for the relationships formed and the trust clients placed in me to bring their projects to fruition including new product launches, refreshed brand imagery, and lifestyle campaigns. That level of trust is never taken lightly, and it’s something I’m deeply proud of as both a creative and a business owner.

Creativity truly flowed through the studio this year. Each project brought new energy, ideas, and challenges that pushed the work forward in exciting ways. It was inspiring to see concepts evolve alongside such talented teams and agencies who shared the same commitment to quality and storytelling.

Most importantly, this year reaffirmed why I love what I do. Working with passionate people, creating meaningful photography, and watching ideas turn into tangible results has been incredibly rewarding. These experiences continue to fuel the direction of Michelle LaCruz Photo, and I’m excited to build on this momentum as we move into 2026.
