Exploring Cosmoprof 2026!
Welcome 2026!
I hope everyone had the chance to ring in the New Year surrounded by friends, family, and a little bit of rest after a busy season. As we stepped into the new year, we began setting intentions and goals for what we wanted 2026 to look like for the studio. One of the very first goals we checked off the list was attending Cosmoprof 2026.
Our focus was simple: get out from behind the screens, show up in person, and connect with local brands throughout the South Florida area. Networking can feel intimidating (and honestly, a little uncomfortable at times), but it’s also one of the most valuable ways to build genuine relationships.
In this post, I want to walk you through how we approached Cosmoprof as a team - what worked, what pushed us out of our comfort zone, and how we navigated the common fears that come with putting yourself out there, all while creating meaningful connections along the way.
What is Cosmoprof?
Cosmoprof Miami is a major B2B beauty trade show which hosts beauty industry events around the world (like Bologna, Las Vegas, Hong Kong, and Asia).
AT Cosmoprof you’ll typically find:
Beauty brands (skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrance)
Packaging companies
Manufacturers & private-label suppliers
Distributors & retailers
Marketing, branding, and creative service providers
It’s designed for networking, sourcing, and business development, not consumers, so it’s all about discovering new products, forming partnerships, and launching or scaling brands. For creatives (like us!) it’s also a goldmine for meeting emerging and established brands that need photography, packaging visuals, and e-commerce imagery.
Now that we got that out the way, let’s get on to the fun stuff. :)
What was our goal?
Our goal was to network with intention and expand our reach beyond Florida, especially along the East Coast. We aimed to reconnect with existing contacts while introducing ourselves to new local brands looking to elevate their visual content.
To prepare, we downloaded the Cosmoprof app, researched attending brands, and narrowed our list to those that aligned best with our creative focus. With a clear plan in place (and after navigating Miami traffic), we arrived early and made the most of our two days—showing up ready to start meaningful conversations and build new connections.
Well, how did it go?
All in all, it was a great experience. We reconnected with familiar contacts and met many new faces across industries ranging from packaging and machinery to traditional beauty, which made the conversations dynamic and insightful.
We shared who we are as a local studio, our approach to E-Commerce and lifestyle imagery, and how we support brands in ways that align with their timelines and workflows. Most importantly, we pushed past the fear of introducing ourselves in a fast-paced environment. Showing up with a clear pitch, open mindset, and genuine energy made each interaction meaningful and incredibly rewarding.
Conclusion
As we wrap up our Cosmoprof experience, I can confidently say that we’ve truly set the wheels in motion. The conversations we started and the outreach we’ve continued since then have created exciting momentum with a variety of brands.
It was such a genuine pleasure meeting so many passionate entrepreneurs and innovative teams. Being surrounded by driven, creative individuals who care deeply about their products and growth was incredibly energizing. There’s something special about sharing space with people who are building, evolving, and dreaming big, and walking away knowing we were part of those conversations feels both inspiring and fulfilling!
